Privacy Policy
How Team MacAttack collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated July 2026. This policy explains how Darren P McIntosh, trading as Team MacAttack ("we", "us"), of Flat 2 Brook House, 418a Hale End Road, London E4 9PB, handles your personal data. We are the data controller. For any privacy request, contact hello@macattackboxing.com.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone, and password (stored encrypted).
- Bookings & purchases — your class/PT bookings, event tickets, PPV and membership history.
- Payment data — handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive limited details (e.g. card brand/last four, billing status) but never store your full card number.
- Technical data — basic logs needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To provide your account, bookings, memberships and pay-per-view access.
- To take payments and manage recurring memberships (via Stripe).
- To send service messages — booking confirmations, reminders, membership and payment notifications.
- To keep the gym and our services safe, and to meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
We process your data to perform our contract with you (your membership and bookings), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running and improving the gym. Where we rely on consent (e.g. optional marketing), you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers needed to deliver the service — for example Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional emails), and Cloudflare (live-stream delivery). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you have an account and as required for financial and legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data, object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@macattackboxing.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
