Cancellation Policy
How cancellations, refunds and membership allowances work for classes, personal training, event tickets and pay-per-view.
Last updated July 2026. You can cancel any booking yourself from My Bookings up until the session starts.
Group classes & gym
Group classes are included with every membership. You can cancel a class booking at any time before it starts to free your space for someone else — there's no penalty. Cancelling helps us manage spaces, so please do let us know if you can't make it.
1-2-1 Personal Training (PT)
PT sessions are limited — either included in your membership allowance or paid as a drop-in — so our 24-hour policy applies:
- More than 24 hours before the session: cancel free of charge. If it was a paid drop-in you're eligible for a refund; if it used a membership PT allowance, that allowance is returned to you for the week.
- Within 24 hours of the session (a late cancellation): the session is forfeited. A paid drop-in is non-refundable, and a membership PT session still counts toward your weekly PT allowance.
- After the session has started: it can no longer be cancelled online — please contact us if there were exceptional circumstances.
Your weekly PT allowance resets every Monday.
Event tickets
Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Team MacAttack, in which case you'll be offered a refund or a transfer to the new date. If you can't attend, please get in touch and we'll help where we can.
Pay-per-view (PPV)
PPV purchases unlock a live stream plus a replay window and are non-refundable once bought. If you experience a genuine technical problem on our side during a live event, contact us and we'll make it right.
Memberships
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from My Membership via our secure billing portal — this stops future payments. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't give partial refunds for the remainder of that period. Full details are in our Membership Terms.
How to cancel
Log in and go to My Bookings, then select Cancel on the session. You'll see a confirmation of how the policy applies before anything is finalised.
